Cork Oak Natural Edge Bowl

This is a gorgeous decorative Cork Oak Natural Edge bowl with a high standing lacy cork bark. A polyurethane finish was used to help protect the wood's character. This is strictly a decorative bowl and should be handled with care not to break the bark. I harvested the wood from a cork oak tree that came down in Walnut Creek, California in 2010. Bowl may be wiped clean with a slightly damp cloth and dried immediately.
